Gathering just your closest friends and family

Intimate weddings have always had the most special place in my heart. It takes a few rounds of narrowing down the ones who get to attend your special day. For Sophie and Travis it was easy– just their family and closest friends were in attendance. That means twenty-five people gathered around to celebrate their love story at Realm.

How Sophie and Travis Met

“We met in the crowd at an outdoor concert. Travis approached me and said “I’m going to get your number by the end of the night,” and disappeared into a crowd of people. I found him and gave him my number, which he accepted with a kiss (cheeky!). That night we met up at the after-show and never looked back!”

A Simple, but Meaningful Wedding Day

I’ll never forget the getting ready moments between Sophie and her mom. Maybe it’s because I’m a mom myself, but the two of them getting ready was the sweetest sight. Travis got ready with his brothers and Sophie’s brother as well. You could tell how much family meant to these two and it carried on throughout the rest of the day that very way. From the ceremony throughout reception it was very apparent how well loved Sophie and Travis were. Every bit of the day couldn’t have been made possible without this incredible vendor team:
