Denver Wedding at Skylight, Colorado Wedding Venue

This Denver wedding at Skylight was such a gorgeous day. This Colorado wedding venue was the perfect “clean slate” venue for Hannah and Kyle to make their own. H + K’s Denver wedding day was filled with intimate moments, clean decor, and the most amazing memories.

These two were some of the loveliest people I’ve got to work with!!! I shot their elopement when COVID came through and we just rolled with it from there. Luckily we were able to jump right back where we left off several months later and were so lucky to have their originally planned wedding at Skylight in Denver, Colorado. Since I had spent time with Hannah and Kyle, I was so excited for this day for them!

Their love story was so sweet and Kyle proposed to Hannah in Spain! They took a day trip by train out to Sitges, a small coastal town just southwest of Barcelona. After a nice lunch, they went down by the water and he proposed right there! To celebrate, they drank champagne at a nearby restaurant and called their loved ones back home in the U.S.! Spain now had a special place in their hearts and they wanted to include a piece of Spain on their wedding day! They incorporated a Spanish touch to their menu as a nod to the place where they got engaged.

Their wedding day came and it turned out even more amazing than I anticipated! Hannah was the most beautiful bride with her timeless white dress, effortless bridal makeup, and floral hairpiece. Her dress was also one of my absolute favorites from this past year. She wore this beautifully chic and timeless dress from Allure Bridal, a local shop in Ohio. It tied in the back with this beautiful square knot, that I just loved so much.

The Denver wedding venue that they chose, Skylight Denver, was the perfect fit for their day. It is right in the heart of the Santa Fe Art District and of the most versatile venues! The space is the perfect canvas for any wedding with the white brick walls and a massive skylight.

I absolutely loved the ceremony background piece that was the main decoration for the ceremony and reception. Alli J Creative made this beautiful dried floral installation for their ceremony. Hannah and Kyle said they were going to make this a statement piece in their home. This was such a great idea and will be such a great remembrance of their day!

Every detail and moment during Hannah and Kyle’s day was intentional. I loved the clean and minimalistic decor that they incorporated throughout their day. Their friends and family were so excited to celebrate with them and it was the perfect day! Hannah and Kyle’s Denver wedding at Skylight was a day I will never forget and I am so grateful to have been a part of it!
