Denver Engagement Photos

I had so much fun shooting these Denver engagement photos at Roxborough State Park!

Lauren & Jeff hired me to shoot their wedding in Colorado later this year. I was so excited to meet them for their engagement photos! They live in Denver and wanted to stay local for their engagement photos. I travel for 80% of my work and it’s always so refreshing to work in Colorado. When I get to work close to home, it gets me excited to explore more where I’m living. Colorado is such a beautiful place and there are always new places to adventure!

For these Denver engagement photos, we met at Roxborough State Park. It is such a beautiful state park covered with red rocks and wildflowers! There were so many pretty spots so we just ran around the park and stopped at a few of our favorite spots! Lauren loved the look of dried grass against the red rocks so we found the perfect spot like that.

Lauren has the best style so I knew she would be wearing the cutest engagement photo outfits. For her first outfit, she wore the prettiest long sleeve dress with boots for a more formal look. Her second look was more casual but still so cute! They both wore the perfect neutral engagement photo outfits for any location!

When the sun started to set, they popped open a bottle of champagne and danced around the red rocks. It was so nice to get to know them and talk about all things wedding planning with them! Like so many other couples, they had to postpone their wedding. They were able to keep all of their vendors and I just know that their Denver wedding is going to be a BEAUTIFUL freaking day and I couldn’t be more excited.
