I’ve really fallen in love with all the Portland has to offer. The creative community here is absolutely top notch + even though I’ve come to love elopements; I’ve also come to love so many of Portland’s wedding venues. These venues are blank canvases that can truly be created any way to fit your vision on your wedding day. Hiring a kick ass stylist is also important and Manda from Mae and Co Creative is always my number one recommendation.
1. Union/Pine
Black + white brick walls perfect for a floral installation and the iconic white herringbone wood wall on the opposite side. I’ve shot several weddings here + always love how unique each wedding ends up.
2. The Colony
There are options for both inside + out and i loved that my wedding here had pips donuts come for the evening. Pips is always a good idea.
3. Castaway
Light pours in though the huge windows + also has features for both inside and out.
4. The Cleaners at the Ace Hotel
A smaller space, but perfect blank canvas that can be decorated for any event
I’ve yet to have a wedding here, but the babes brunch I did get to photograph here had an incredible floral installation from good seed floral + I can only imagine what a intimate wedding would be in this space.
Can you picture your wedding in one of these spaces? There are a few venues that also fit this category + I’m dying to shoot at:
The Evergreen, Coopers Hall + Opal 28 >> do you have any other favorites? It’d love to hear about them in the comments! + now that I’m moving to Colorado I’m on the hunt for alllll the pretty spaces in Denver and Colorado Springs!
What a stunning Portland wedding venue! I love your processing here too. Amazing!
